Who we are
This site is operated by Mikimo, based in Houston, Texas. If you have any question about this policy, or want anything below done for you, email hello@mikimo.ai and a person will handle it.
What we collect
The only personal information this site collects is what you type into one of two forms, both on the contact page:
- Contact form: your name, email address, message, and optionally your company name.
- Waitlist form: your email address.
There are no analytics trackers, no advertising pixels, and no account system on this site. We do not buy data about you, and we do not enrich what you give us with data from anywhere else.
What we use it for
One thing: reaching back out to you.
- If you use the contact form, we use your details to reply to your message.
- If you join the waitlist, we use your email to write to you when we open more spots. That is the only thing we use it for.
We never:
- sell or rent your information to anyone,
- share it with third parties for their own marketing,
- add you to a newsletter or drip campaign you did not ask for,
- use your information to train AI models.
Where it lives
Form submissions are not stored in a database. When you submit a form, the contents are sent to us as an email, and that email in our inbox is the only copy we keep. A few service providers touch the data along the way, strictly to make the site work:
- Cloudflare hosts the site and runs the "are you human" check (Turnstile) on our forms. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes your IP address to serve pages and block bots.
- Resend is the service that delivers form submissions to our inbox as email.
- Microsoft 365 hosts the mailbox where those emails land.
- Google Fonts serves the typefaces on this site, which means your browser requests font files from Google's servers when a page loads.
These providers act on our behalf to operate the site. None of them are permitted to use your form data for their own purposes.
Cookies
We do not set cookies for analytics, advertising, or tracking. Cloudflare's Turnstile check may set a strictly technical cookie to tell humans from bots so the forms work. That is it.
How long we keep it
Contact messages stay in our inbox as ordinary business correspondence. Waitlist emails are kept until we have written to you about open spots, or until you ask us to remove you, whichever comes first.
Your choices
Email hello@mikimo.ai and we will, without hassle:
- tell you what information of yours we hold,
- correct it,
- delete it and take you off the waitlist.
There is no form to fill out and no verification maze. A person reads the request and does it.
Children
This site is for businesses and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them. If you think a child has submitted a form, email us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we ever change how this site handles your information, we will update this page and the effective date at the top. We will not quietly expand what we do with data you already gave us.
