When an RFQ lands, the system finds what you've made that's similar: the drawings, the routings, what it cost, what you charged. It drafts a quote from that history. Your estimator sees the past jobs side by side and makes the final call. Faster quotes, grounded in what your shop has actually done.
We pull labor hours, material usage, and machine time from your ERP and MES into per-job costs that reconcile. You see which jobs, customers, and part families make money, so the next quote is priced on evidence, not memory.

We spec the machine the models run on, usually a single server-class box in your building. We help you buy it, set it up, and document everything. When we're done, you hold the source code, the docs, and a system your own people (or any developer you hire) can maintain.
